Enrollment Process


South Bay Junior Academy begins the enrollment process in March 2018 for the 2018-2019 school year. We begin school in late August 2017 so we encourage you to begin the enrollment process today. We limit our class size to 25 students per grade so you will want to make sure you get a campus tour, application, testing and registration complete in order to ensure we have space for your child.

We encourage  families seeking a home to provide the educational needs they are looking for with students entering kindergarten through eighth grade to call the front office to learn more about South Bay Junior Academy and receive our information packet. We look forward to hearing from you and scheduling a personalized  campus tour so you can see for yourself why we are so proud of our school and what we have to offer.

Application and Student Assessment

Online Application Form

After the campus tour you will receive the full application packet. Once you have reviewed and filled out the student application paperwork, we will schedule a student assessment for grade-level readiness for your child. A completed application packet includes the application, report cards, standardized test scores, completed reference and student entrance testing.

(Pacific Union Conference Education Code, 1504) All new students at South Bay Junior Academy are on probationary status for the first quarter with their enrollment subject to review.
